The press conference was held in opposition to the demand for artists to pay 10% of their individual sales.
On the 10th, INB100 announced, "In June of last year, EXO-CBX and SM Entertainment announced in a joint statement that they had terminated their exclusive contracts and agreed to a fair trade deal."
"At the time, the two sides resolved the situation through negotiations, with the belief that the most important thing was for EXO to continue its activities normally.
"INB100 has been established to carry out activities under the individual names of Tist and as EXO-CBX," he said. "However, SM Entertainment has decided not to proceed with the content of the negotiations that were the premise of the agreement.
"In this situation, they are ignoring the fact that they are demanding that INB100, the management company for EXO and CBX, pay 10% of the artists' individual sales," he said. "INB100 is being unfair.
"We sent a certified letter to SM Entertainment, but they have not responded for over two months," he said. In response to this, INB100 said at a press conference to be held this afternoon (10th) that they "have been treated unfairly."
Chairman Cha Ga-won, INB100 CEO Kim Dong-jun, and lawyer Lee Jae-hak will also be attending today's press conference.
