84-year-old flasher arrested for molesting elementary school students on their way to school (South Korea)

A man in his 80s was arrested by police in South Korea for molesting elementary school students on their way to school. The Dongjak Police Station in Seoul announced on the 14th that they had booked Mr. A (84) on suspicion of public indecency.
Mr. A is accused of committing lewd acts while watching elementary school students walking to school with their families near an apartment in Heukseok-dong, Dongjak-gu, at around 8:30 a.m. on the 13th.
Police responded to a call at around 9:17 a.m. on the same day, reporting that an exhibitionist had committed lewd acts in the presence of children, and conducted security camera checks and investigations of the surrounding area.
After questioning the area, Mr. A was arrested at his residence. A police official said, "The suspect has a chronic illness, so we are currently adjusting the investigation schedule," and "We plan to carry out patrols in this area to prevent a recurrence."
