”Escape” Lee Je Hoon's love call to Koo Kyo Hwan, ”My dream came true”... ”Our hearts connected like a miracle”

Actors Lee Je Hoon and Koo Kyo Hwan boasted about their feelings for each other. The press preview of the movie "Escape" was held on the afternoon of the 17th at MEGABOX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The event was held at COEX and was attended by director Lee Jung-pil, actors Lee Je Hoon and Koo Kyo Hwan. "Escape" is about a North Korean soldier, Gyu-nam, who is trying to escape in order to save tomorrow, and his friend, who is trying to save today.
The film depicts the life-risking pursuit of Hyun-sang, a security officer who is pursuing Gyu-nam to get revenge on his friend. In the film, Lee Je Hoon plays Gyu-nam, who is trying to escape, and Koo Kyo Hwan plays Hyun-sang, who is pursuing Gyu-nam.
Above all, Lee Je Hoon made a direct love call at the 42nd Blue Dragon Film Awards in 2021, saying, "I want to act like Koo Kyo Hwan," and received a Hot Topic, and then went on to star in "Escape."
In response, Lee Je Hoon said, "I had many ideas about who should play Hyun Sang, but I ended up expressing my feelings in a way that was full of selfish feelings.
I may have been a bit flustered at the awards ceremony, but I had a strong desire to work with him on a project. So I expressed my feelings by sending out hearts, and my brother responded with hearts, so I was really happy.
"I also expressed my desire to work with the production company," he said, "After that, I sent them the script, and they responded right away." He continued, "It was like a dream come true for me.
Even while filming, I wondered why we were meeting now. I thought that if we had met a long time ago, I would have been happier sooner.
