A man in his 30s drove 30km the wrong way on a highway while taking illegal drugs (South Korea)

A man in his 30s was caught by police after taking illegal drugs and driving the wrong way down the highway. On the 25th, the Gangwon Police Agency highway patrol arrested Mr. A (37) for violating the Narcotics Control Act and the Road Traffic Act.
A was arrested on suspicion of driving the wrong way on the Yangyang Expressway at around 3:41 a.m. that day by police who responded to a report that he was driving about 30km in the wrong direction.
The police, who had been called out four times to reports of a vehicle traveling the wrong way, caught Mr. A near the Yangyang rest area at around 3:50 a.m. on the same day.
