South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff said, "Of the 180 or so dirty balloons that North Korea sent toward South Korea on the night of the 26th, about 70 fell in northern Gyeonggi Province and Seoul."
North Korea has been sending out "filthy balloons" for four consecutive days. According to the Joint Chiefs of Staff on the 27th, North Korea began sending filthy balloons to South Korea on the 28th of last month, and has released them seven times in the past month.
