On June 30, the Fatherland Reform Party commented, "More than 700,000 people have agreed with the National Assembly's petition urging the proposal to impeach President Yoon Seok-yeol. This represents the will of the people."
Kim Bo-hyup, chief spokesman for the Fatherland Reform Party, said in a statement on the same day, "It is expected that the number of people who agree with the petition will soon far exceed one million.
"We will thoroughly investigate the grounds for impeachment once the Legislation and Judiciary Committee begins its review of the impeachment petition," Kim said.
Regarding the content that mentioned the possibility of the Itaewon tragedy being fabricated, "It has become clear that President Yoon has been running the country while watching far-right oriented YouTube broadcasts,"

Meanwhile, Cho Kuk, the head of the Fatherland Reform Party, wrote on his SNS on the same day, "After the crushing defeat in the April 10 general election, the power of the 'Six Attorneys from the Prosecutor' has weakened, but the 'Kim Kun-hee Line' has been weakened.
"The New Six Attendants have become more vocal. It's rumored that when they speak up in internal meetings (in the presidential office), other secretaries keep quiet," he said.
He added, "The new Six Standing Attendants are people who place as much importance on the First Lady (Kim Jin-hee) as on the president.
