South Korean Foreign Minister meets with former US Secretary of State Rice... ”Concerns over 'Russia-North Korea military cooperation'”

On the 2nd, South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yeol met with former US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who is visiting South Korea. During the meeting with Rice, Foreign Minister Cho discussed the situation on the Korean Peninsula and the US presidential election.
The South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on the 3rd that they exchanged views on pending issues of U.S.-South Korea, regional and global security, including trends in the international community, the U.S.-South Korea alliance, Japan-U.S.-South Korea cooperation, Russia-North Korea military cooperation, the Ukraine war, and the situation in the Middle East.
In particular, Foreign Minister Cho and Secretary Rice expressed concern over the strengthening of military cooperation between Russia and North Korea following the recent Russia-North Korea summit, and discussed the background to this and future developments and responses.
