”It's boring, give me a refund”... Actors Lee Je Hoon & Koo Kyo Hwan, audience demanded during stage greeting... The reason they couldn't ignore it

Actors Lee Jae-hoon and Koo Gyo-hwan were perplexed by a fan's joke that he wanted a refund for his film ticket during a stage greeting.

　While the film 'Escape' starring Lee Jae-hoon and Koo Gyo-hwan was released on the 3rd June this year, on the first weekend after its release on 6th-7th June, the pair toured Seoul Kyung Gi cinemas in the metropolitan area to give stage greetings.

　Videos and photos of the two giving stage greetings were subsequently shared on YouTube and numerous online communities.

　In the video, Lee Jae-hoon asks the audience, "Did you enjoy the film?" and while most answered "yes", one audience member replied "no".

　To this, Lee Jae-hoon waved it off with the sensible comment, "It should be interesting if you watch it again."

　Nevertheless, this audience member replied, "I'd like to get a refund at Seoul Forest", to which Lee Jae-hoon replied, "Oh, really? I'll reimburse you later," he joked, adding to the atmosphere.

　Koo Gye-hwan, standing next to him, also looked unsure of what to do.

　However, the misunderstanding was cleared up when it was revealed that this was an ad-lib by Lee Jae-hoon, who had appeared on the web variety show 'Salon de Lip 2' as a promotion for 'Escape'.

　At the time, Lee Jae-hoon said, "(Audience members) pay to see the film 'Escape' in the theatre. But if you don't find it interesting, come to me. I'll meet you in front of the forest in Seoul. I will pay you back."

　Upon hearing this, Koo Gye-hwan said, "I will split the refund with (Lee Jae-hoon). But IMAX is one-nth", he joked.

　The simple happening seemed to have settled the matter, but the audience's slightly serious tone of voice made Lee Jae-hoon and Koo Gyo-hwan seem unable to recall what they had said at the moment.

　Meanwhile, 'Escape' is a film about a North Korean soldier Gyu Nam (played by Lee Jae-hoon), who starts deserting for the sake of tomorrow, and Hyun Sang (played by Koo Gyo-hwan), an officer of the Security Services, who pursues Gyu Nam to protect today, risking his life in the desertion and chase battle.

　The film ranked first at the box office as of 7am on 9th, showing a strong record in its second week of release.
