South Korean military launches ”loudspeaker broadcast to North Korea” in response to North Korea's ”filthy balloons”

On the 18th, the South Korean military conducted a loudspeaker broadcast against North Korea in response to the eighth "filthy balloon" attack by North Korea. It had been 39 days since loudspeaker broadcasts were temporarily resumed on the 9th of last month after a six-year hiatus.
On the 19th, the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff said, "As we have repeatedly warned against North Korea's repeated scattering of dirty balloons, from the evening of yesterday (18th) to today (19th)
"Loudspeaker broadcasts were made until dawn in the areas where the dirty balloons were released," he said, adding, "Our military's future response will depend entirely on North Korea's actions."
The North Korean government has also been investigating whether the North Korean government is prepared to accept the North Korean government's decision, and has said it will not consider whether it will consider the North's decision.
