South Korean military: ”Broadcasts to North Korea will only be effective if they continue”... ”We will also use mobile loudspeakers from now on”

South Korean military authorities said, "The current broadcasts to North Korea will only be effective if we continue them," and teased that "movable loudspeakers will also be used."
The head of the public relations office of the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff said at a regular press conference on the 22nd, "North Korea has been sending more dirty balloons since yesterday.
"In response, our military is conducting loudspeaker broadcasts to North Korea on all fronts," he said. "The effect of loudspeaker broadcasts to North Korea will not be seen immediately just because they have been conducted once.
"We expect the effects will slowly become apparent as the public continues to listen to the message," he said. "Yesterday, we put fixed loudspeakers into operation at all front lines, but moving forward, we will also be putting mobile loudspeakers into operation."
The South Korean military currently has 24 fixed loudspeakers installed in forward areas (areas along the border with North Korea) and 16 mobile loudspeakers, giving it a total of 40 means of psychological warfare against the North.
