At the vote counting site of the July 23 Plenary Party Convention held at Kintex in Ilsan, Goyang City, Gi-do, candidate Han won 32, far exceeding the majority, based on the electoral college votes and opinion poll calculations.

Candidate Kim Jae-won and candidate Inyo-han received 175,526 votes (17.46%). Candidate Kim Jae-won and candidate Inyo-han are classified as pro-Yoon Seok-yeol. Candidate Kim Min-jeong, the only female candidate, was elected by the Supreme Committee.
She was the fifth most popular candidate among the nine candidates for the Supreme Committee, but she surpassed the pro-Korean Park Jong-hoon (164,919 votes, 16.41%), who was ranked fourth among the female candidates in the Supreme Committee based on the party constitution and rules.
