Yoo A In, who is currently on drug trial, is indicted on charges of sexual assault against a woman, causing further shock.

Actor Yoo Ah In has been shocked by reports that he has been accused of same-sex sexual assault.

The Chosun Ilbo announced on the 26th that the Seoul Yongsan Police Station had filed a case against Yoo Ah In on suspicion of same-sex sexual assault.

According to the report, Yoo Ah In is suspected of sexually assaulting a man, Mr A, who was sleeping at an officetel in Yongsan-gu on the 14th. Mr A woke up and found out that he had been the victim of sexual assault and filed a complaint with the police the following day.

The police are investigating the possibility that Yoo Ah In committed the offence while under the influence of drugs.

Yoo Ah In is on trial on suspicion of habitually administering medical propofol and other drugs on 181 occasions under the pretext of sleep anaesthesia for cosmetic procedures at 14 hospitals for about two years from September 2020 last year, and of having sleeping pills illegally prescribed under someone else's name. The prosecutor's office sentenced Yoo Ah In to four years in prison, a fine of 2 million won and a surcharge of over 1.5 million won.
