He added, "The PAY service company is also accepting applications, but there has not been a single case of a refund being made."
"We gathered here to express our frustration that so many people have not received compensation for their losses," said A. While calling for the government to resolve the issue, he said, "Public funds and taxes are being used to pay for our losses.
"We are not asking for bailouts for the people who make everyday purchases. We are asking for help in ensuring that the harm done to them by companies who profit from and shirk responsibility is compensated."
Regarding Q10 CEO Koo Yong-bae, A said, "I don't understand why the government has not taken any action against him, despite him not showing his face even once and lacking any ethical management sense."

The KakaoTalk group chat for the victims of the drug abuse had a capacity of 1,500 people. There are also several other group chats.
They will decide on Timon Wimep's future payment schedule depending on the actual refund progress.
They plan to work with retailers to hold rallies across Seoul to urge a solution to the problem.
