The wheelchair owner, a man in his 60s, is paralyzed from the waist down and is unable to move around without a wheelchair.
On the day the man arrived, all the tires on his wheelchair were flat, and he had to stay at home all day. Police are currently investigating the man's exact motive for the crime and are currently investigating whether to issue an arrest warrant.
