A man in his 30s was arrested in South Korea for puncturing a wheelchair of a disabled person.

The man is suspected of puncturing the tires of an electric wheelchair parked in the hallway of an apartment building in Jungnang-gu, Seoul, five times since February this year with an awl.
According to CCTV footage obtained by police and others, the man appeared wearing only a running shirt and underwear, and even damaged the wheelchair.
The wheelchair owner, a man in his 60s, is paralyzed from the waist down and is unable to move around without a wheelchair.
On the day the man arrived, all the tires on his wheelchair were flat, and he had to stay at home all day. Police are currently investigating the man's exact motive for the crime and are currently investigating whether to issue an arrest warrant.
