BTS' JUNG KOOK nominated for US MTV VMA for third consecutive year... in two categories including Best Collaboration

Global group BTS Jung Kook has been nominated for the '2024 MTV Video Music Awards (2024 MTV VMA)' for the third consecutive year.

According to the list of this year's award nominees announced by the '2024 MTV VMAs' on its official website and social networking service (SNS) on the 6th (local time), Jung Kook was nominated in two categories, 'Best Collaboration' and 'Best K-Pop', for 'Seven (feat. Latto)'. Latto' in the 'Best Collaboration' and 'Best K-Pop' categories.

In particular, Jung Kook once again proved his position as a global pop star, competing with Taylor Swift, Post Malone and Drake in the 'Best Collaboration' category.

Jung Kook was nominated for the 'MTV VMA' award for the third consecutive year, following the first Korean solo singer to be nominated for the 'Song of Summer' in 2022 for his collaboration with Charlie Puth 'Left and Right'. At last year's ceremony, 'Seven' was selected as the 'Song of Summer' winner, making Jung Kook the first Korean solo singer to win in the relevant category.

The '2024 MTV VMAs' will take place on the 10th September at the UBS Arena in New York.
