Number of takeoffs and landings at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport in July increased 9.63% year-on-year: Chinese report

According to a recent announcement by Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Co., Ltd., the number of aircraft takeoffs and landings at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport in Guangdong Province reached 44,900 in July, up 9.63% from the same month last year.
The number of passengers in the same month increased by 10.83% year-on-year to 6,699,900, and the volume of cargo handled increased by 13.72% year-on-year to 198,300 tons.

The number of passengers increased by 23.93% year-on-year to a total of 43,352,700. The number of takeoffs and landings on domestic flights increased by 5.28% year-on-year to 233,800, and the number of takeoffs and landings on international flights increased by 2.28% year-on-year to 233,800.
The number of passengers on domestic flights increased by 12.99% to 35,383,500, and the number of passengers on international flights increased by 12.0% to 35,383,500.
