59% of US retail investors plan to invest in cryptocurrency funds in the next 12 months

A report has emerged stating that 59% of retail investors in the United States are likely to invest in cryptocurrency-related funds within the next 12 months, News1 reported.
According to a report by the US business law firm Barnes & Thornburg, 84% of individual investors surveyed said they plan to invest in new stocks in the next 12 months.
They predicted that private investment in virtual currencies would increase, and more than half (59%) said they were likely to invest in a virtual currency fund.
The report attributes increased investor demand to the emergence of Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETF approvals and regulatory clarification.
