SHINee's Onew, ”Why did you leave SM? Because it felt like you were settling in... I wanted to try something new” (ZICO's artist)

Onew of the group "SHINee" revealed the reason why he left management office SM Entertainment after 17 years.
Onew appeared on 2TV's "THE SEASONS - ZICO's Artists." On this day, Onew said, "During that time, I was able to meet the audience in person and listen to my songs.
"I changed my mind and decided that I wanted to meet more people, share my voice, and have a positive impact, even if just a little," he confessed.
I'm not perfect, but I'm trying my best, and that's why I'm coming out here and singing."
In particular, Onew recently left SM Entertainment, the agency he had been with for 17 years, to join a new group.
He signed an exclusive contract with Griffin Entertainment, a company that is known for its high-quality entertainment, and began to stand on his own.
So I thought I'd try a little harder and see what I could do. It's only been three or four months since I came out.
I do solo activities by myself and then I do them together with SHINee. I don't just leave the group, I do them together.
"It feels like living alone at home," he explained. "I feel like I've been able to do a lot of things that I couldn't do or didn't try before."
"The most interesting thing recently was that I was doing A&R (Artists and Repertoire) work, which was really fun," he added.
