Asiana Airlines to add 12,000 seats to mid-autumn celebration flight (Korea)

South Korea's major airline, Asiana Airlines, announced on the 19th that it will be increasing the number of international and domestic flights during the mid-autumn celebration (Chuseok) festival period in response to customer demand.
During the mid-autumn celebration holiday period from the 14th to the 18th of next month, there will be 8 flights to Osaka, 8 flights to Okinawa, 8 flights to Ube, 4 flights to Fukuoka, and 4 flights to Sapporo, based on Incheon Airport.
The company will operate additional non-scheduled flights on eight international routes, totaling 52 flights (one-way basis), including four flights to Horohoro, four flights to Miyazaki, eight flights to Da Nang, and eight flights to Taipei.
In addition, Asiana Airlines will be running a Gimpo-Jeju route during the mid-autumn celebration holiday period.
The airline plans to add 8 additional flights to accommodate domestic travel and homecoming demand. This will allow the airline to provide an additional 12,048 seats on both international and domestic routes during the mid-autumn celebration holiday period.
