Binance CEO Richard Tang has revealed that the company is not considering an initial public offering (IPO).

Regarding Binance founder Zhao Changpeng, who is currently serving a four-month prison sentence, the company explained that he has no involvement in the management of Binance whatsoever.
He also stressed that the company continues to make efforts to increase transparency, including spending 36 percent more on compliance last year than it did the previous year.
