Jin Se Yeon promises to help Gun (Jaejung) and they become closer. Shin yells at Kuk Bong (Lee Dal Bun) to "get out."
He rescued Juyeon from the scene and together they went to the riverside. When asked why Juyeon thought of herself as Gun's fake first love, he said, "I think I understand," and added, "This is where I rescued my brother."
Shin began by talking about the time of his death. He expressed his regret for his older brother, who had to give up his dream of playing tennis after an accident when he was young, in order to protect him. He said, "Let's play together.
"Don't let others struggle with you. I'll do anything. For my brother's happiness, so that bad memories don't come back. Let's help each other," he suggested.
Geun, who had always been distant from Juyeon, was surprised when he had a romantic dream about skinship with Juyeon.
In Gun's dream, Juyeon asks, "Have you erased me from your heart? Are you sure?" Gun replies, "Does that mean I can fall in love with you again?" Juyeon
While he is intoxicated by the dream of being kissed by his mother, he wakes up to find himself kissing his dog, Cora. Meanwhile, Shin visits the hospital to undergo a medical test, and finds his mother
When she saw her father Ji Seon (Yoon Yu Seon) introducing Juyeon to his acquaintances as Gun's girlfriend, she once again set out to save Juyeon.
He met Juyeon and said, "I'm my brother's doctor. My previous brother's first love." He then joked, "What do you think? I think she suits him better than my brother." Dong-chil, who was watching, was surprised.
Juyeon suddenly visits the agency where Geun's parents live together and rushes out barefoot so that they won't notice they are living together. She spots Juyeon sitting sadly outside.
Just as Shin knelt down to help Juyeon put on the shoes he had brought, Gun came over, worried about Juyeon. Gun said, "You haven't committed any crime, so why are you running out barefoot?
"It's not a sin to stay there all night," he said, uninterestedly handing her the shoes. Juyeon grumbled softly and quickly put on the shoes Gun brought, and Gun quickly returned them to Juyeon.
They picked him up and stared at each other for a while. Shin, who was watching this, looked anxious.
