Former ADOR employee files civil and criminal lawsuit against Jinformer CEO Min Hee for defamation and violation of the Personal Information Act
A former employee of ADOR has filed civil and criminal lawsuits against Jinformer CEO Min Hee. According to a JTBC report on the 28th, the employee is suing ADOR for sexual harassment and workplace bullying.
On the 27th, a former employee, Mr. A, filed a lawsuit against Min Hee, CEO of Jinformer, for defamation and violation of the Personal Information Act. Prior to this, Mr. A had revealed that Min Hee Jinformer CEO had been a company employee of Vice President B.
In response to the allegations that she covered up the sexual harassment allegations, Jinformer CEO Min Hee released an 18-page A4 statement:
In this statement, the company also pointed out A's poor work performance. In response, A said, "There was not a single mention of any slander or deception against me, and instead, selective clarification, poor performance, and salary reductions.
"As expected, the president, who holds the final decision-making authority in this case, personally took responsibility for Executive B's disrespect.
Why do they continue to pretend they don't know and lie when they have asserted their suspicions and decided that they cannot even issue a warning? In accordance with the Labor Standards Act, we will take legal action against inappropriate reporting of workplace bullying.
" A filed a lawsuit against Jinformer CEO Min Hee at the Seoul Western District Court for damages. According to JTBC, A's side stated, "Minformer CEO Min Hee has not responded to my complaint of workplace bullying.
"We filed the lawsuit against the company for unfairly interfering in the investigation and leaking secrets that came to light during the investigation, despite the company's obligation to investigate the allegations objectively," he said.
The report also said that a petition had been submitted to the Labor Agency regarding allegations of sexual harassment and workplace bullying against ADOR's Vice President B, whose case was closed with a "none."
Meanwhile, Min Hee Jin has now stepped down from her position as a director of ADOR, as decided by the ADOR Board of Directors.
In response, Min Hee Jinformer's representative said, "I didn't resign, I was notified of my dismissal," and teased further action.
