"In line with President Yoon's thinking, we should have significantly increased the number of doctors and used the so-called 'falling water effect' to raise the number of doctors," he said.
"If essential and regional medical care can be met by doing this, then why not choose 10 presidents as well? One of them will work hard because of the 'presidential fall effect.'"
He added, "Just as the president is not water, doctors cannot fall into the water either," and commented, "I think that's true."
