The number of passengers traveling on routes within the jurisdiction reached nearly 138 million, the highest number ever, with the average occupancy rate of each train exceeding 80%.
The railway saw 48 days in which the number of passengers on a single day exceeded 2.6 million, including on August 24.
The number was 3,454,000, the highest ever single-day passenger count for the "summer" season.
