Naver Webtoon's economic impact is 4 trillion won, half of its sales are from overseas (Korea)

Naver Webtoon, which operates the webtoon service Naver Webtoon, has announced "The impact of Korean creative works on the market in 2023."

The compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of sales in cases covered by the survey was 122% from 2019 to 2022. 48.3% of the total number of inquiries was generated overseas.
The company is currently expanding its business worldwide, providing Naver Webtoon services in over 150 countries.
Webtoon Entertainment, which operates the Webtoon app, went public on the Nasdaq in the United States at the end of June.
