NVIDIA Officially Denies It Has Not Received Subpoena From Department of Justice

NVIDIA's stock price plummeted following reports that it had received a subpoena from the U.S. Department of Justice, but the company has revealed that it has not actually received a subpoena.
On the 4th (local time), NVIDIA officially denied having received a subpoena from the Department of Justice.
An NVIDIA official said in an interview with U.S. media on the same day, "We have not yet been summoned.
"We have not received a subpoena," he said. "Nonetheless, we intend to actively cooperate with any investigations, including answering any questions the regulators may have about our business."
Earlier this week, Bloomberg reported that Nvidia had received an official subpoena from the Department of Justice.
This caused NVIDIA to plummet by nearly 3% in after-hours trading the previous day. The stock then fell 1.66% on the regular market on the 4th.
It dropped and finished.
