A man in his 30s who destroyed someone else's car and punched a passerby in the face... ”I just wanted to pick a fight” (Korea)

A man in his 30s has been arrested by police for vandalizing a parked car in an alleyway in Seoul and assaulting a passerby. On the 4th, the YouTube channel "Seoul Police" posted a video entitled "A strange motive for vandalizing a car and even assaulting a citizen."
The video, titled "Tracking and arresting the perpetrator of the crime," was published. The video shows suspect A staggering through an alley in Nowon-gu, Seoul, at around 4 a.m. on July 29.
The suspect A suddenly hit the side mirror of a parked taxi with his fist, then hit the side mirror of a truck parked in another alley with his fist and broke it.
He moved around erratically, suddenly punched a passerby in the face with his fist and fled. Police were called in after receiving the report and traced the man's escape route back by searching the alley and using CCTV.
The man who appeared in another alley and was trying to knock over a parked motorcycle was arrested. Police arrested suspect A on the spot for damage to property and assault.
During police investigation, suspect A admitted to all of his crimes, saying, "I just wanted to pick a fight with someone."
