ADOR has once again refuted director Shin Woo-seok's claims. On the 9th, ADOR released an official statement stating, "The contract for the production of the music video between ADOR and Dolphin Kidnapping Group does not include any provision for the music video.
All rights to the commercial video and derivative works are owned by ADOR. Therefore, you may not use any footage that contains the IP of "NewJeans" without ADOR's approval.

Studio Ilka Kidnapping Group's director Shin Woo-seok said that he was requesting that ADOR, which had changed management, cut off the channel for "Han Hee-soo" and the music video for "NewJeans."
ADOR then alleged that it would no longer be able to publish content related to the ad and would no longer be able to cooperate with them in the future. ADOR then allegedly removed the "ETA" music from the ad without the consent of the advertiser.
They refuted that director Shin Woo-suk's claim that he only requested that the posting of the video footage be stopped and that he requested the deletion of all footage related to "New Jeans" was false.
In response, Director Shin once again published a rebuttal, stating that ADOR's claim that the work was posted without permission was not true, and that ADOR had unilaterally sent a certified letter and threatened to impose penalties on them.
He said he was angry that ADOR was making false allegations and that if they made a clear apology, he would keep the channel on ADOR's behalf under the condition that he would not delete, modify, or add anything related to the channel.
He added that if he doesn't receive an apology, he will find a way to move the channel to his fans and sue ADOR for defamation.

It is the label's responsibility to protect the copyrights of its artists. If the Dolphin Kidnapping Group has an agreement with ADOR, they should present it.
Without any justification provided, ADOR has no choice but to follow its principles to protect artists' copyrighted works.
ADOR has been selected as the Director of the "ETA" Music Video for "NewJeans" produced by Iruka Kidnapping Group.
