Accident while driving a stolen car... The driver was a fifth grade elementary school student who learned to drive through a game = Korea
A fifth-grade boy has been arrested by police in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, after he repeatedly stole cars and drove them, causing accidents.
Cheongju Heungdeok Police Station arrested Mr. A (11) for theft and traffic violations after he stole a car and drove it, causing a traffic accident.
On the 9th, the police announced that Mr. A had been arrested and is currently under investigation for charges including driving without a license. On the 5th of this month, at around 2pm, Mr. A stole an unlocked wagon from a parking lot in Seowon-gu, Cheongju-si, and killed about 10 people.
A is suspected of driving 100,000 kilometers. A ran out of fuel in the car he had stolen earlier, so he entered a parking lot in a shopping district, stole another car, and drove a few hundred meters before being parked.
The robbers then crashed into two other cars and fled the scene. A, who was driving the stolen car, reportedly honked the horn and yelled abusive language at cars that wouldn't let him change lanes.
Mr. A told the police that he searched for targets because he believed that most cars were unlocked as long as the side mirrors were not closed, and that he learned how to drive by playing driving games.
On the other hand, Mr. A is a 14-year-old juvenile delinquent and will not be subject to criminal punishment.
