South Korean Presidential Office ”Strongly warns against North Korean provocations”... ”U.S.-ROK alliance and Japan-U.S.-ROK security cooperation will deter North Korean provocations”

Regarding the recent repeated provocations by North Korea, such as the release of garbage balloons, the disclosure of nuclear facilities, and the launch of ballistic missiles, the South Korean presidential office said, "We are fully prepared to respond to these provocations in order to protect the lives and safety of our people.
"The government is closely monitoring North Korea's provocative moves," a presidential office official said on the 18th.
He continued, "The government will strongly deter North Korean provocations based on its overwhelming power, the ROK-U.S. alliance, and ROK-U.S.-Japan security cooperation."
The government also issued a stern warning against North Korea's provocations, saying, "We will not tolerate any provocations, including the scattering of garbage balloons."
"We demand that the move be immediately halted."
