Korean musical ”Jekyll & Hyde” returns for 20th anniversary performance... Choi JaeRim & Kim Sung Cheol reunite for the first time

The musical "Jekyll & Hyde" will return to Korea to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its Korean production. According to the production company OD Company on the 23rd, the show will be held on December 4th in Seoul.
The show will officially open at the Blue Square Shinhan Card Hall in Yongsan-gu, with preview performances scheduled from November 29 to December 3.
"Jekyll & Hyde" is a thriller romance movie based on the novel "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" by Robert Louis Stevenson.
The film is a musical about two characters, Jekyll and Hyde, who share a common bond and send out a message about the duality of human beings and pure love through the story of two opposing characters.

After its debut in Korea, it was performed in 10 countries, including Germany, Sweden, Japan, Czech Republic, Poland, and Italy. In Korea, it was revised, adapted, and adapted to fit the Korean sensibility.
It was first performed in 2004 using a non-replica production method, and has since become a hit with a total of nine seasons, attracting an audience of approximately 1.8 million.
All the actors who have made the production shine so far have been named to the cast of the 20th anniversary performance.
The role of "Jekyll/Hyde" will be played by Hong Kwang-ho, Shin Seoung Rok, Choi Jae-rim, Jeong Dong-seok, and Kim Sung Cheol. Hong Kwang-ho has appeared in four series since 2008.
Jung Dong-seok has been appearing in the show since 2018, and Shin Seoung Rok made his debut in 2021. Choi Jae-rim and Kim Sung-cheol will be appearing in the show this season.
She first meets the audience of "Jekyll & Hyde". She is a fatally attractive London club dancer who loves Jekyll, the only person who treats her like a human being, but is tormented by Hyde.
Lucy was played by Yoon Gong-ju, IVY, LINA, Sunmin, and Kim Hwan-Hee. Emma, Jekyll's fiancee, provides comfort and emotional support to the confused Jekyll.
The roles will be played by Jo Jung-eun, Choi Suzyn, Song Jisoo, and Lee Ji-hye. Among them, Kim Hwan-hee and Song Jisoo will be appearing in a work for the first time.
After the opening, "Jekyll & Hyde" will run until May 18, 2025.
