ADOR's board of directors recently decided to dismiss former CEO Min Hee Jin and appointed internal director Kim Juyeon as the new CEO. The two have been fighting for nearly half a year since April this year.
The case cited a provisional injunction previously filed by Min Hee Jin against HYBE banning voting rights events, and although Min Hee Jin initially avoided dismissal at the time, he was eventually dismissed.
