Kang Sung Hoon, a former member of the group SECHSKIES and a singer, will be performing a special collaboration with famous Japanese DJ GINTA.
On the 27th, Kang Sung Hoon's side stated, "GIN has taken Japan by storm by taking the top spot on the TikTok Japan Music Chart.
GINTA's "UCHIDA1" global project will be led by American rapper Smokepu.
In collaboration with rpp, they released a remix version for the US. Currently, the Laos version has been released, and the Korean, Thai, and Myanmar versions are in the pipeline.
"UCHIDA1" topped the TikTok Japan Music Chart, an online video platform, and garnered huge popularity locally.
In Korea, groups such as "ILLIT", "QWER", DJ SODA and "TWS" participated in the challenge, and TikTok Korea Viral Music
It also topped music charts. Here, 1st generation idol Kang Sung Hoon announced his participation as Korea's representative, proving his enduring global popularity.
"UCHIDA1" is a song released after GINTA, a former member of the Japanese DJ group "Repezen Foxx," which had 4 million subscribers, left the group.
In particular, he participated in the albums of rapper Pitbull, producer and DJ David Guetta, singers PSY and SOL (Taeyang, "BIGBANG"), and other Grammy Award winners.
The film attracted even more attention when it was produced by award-winning Ricky Luna.

Meanwhile, Kang Sung Hoon departed for Japan to film the music video for "UCHIDA1."
The Korean version of the "UCHIDA1" project will be released in October.
