The main reason for exercising was "self-management" (39.5%), followed by "improving physical fitness" (33.7%) and "dieting" (19.6%).
The most popular exercises were "sports gym" (30.9%), "walking" (21.6%), and "running" (12.0%).
This was followed by names such as "Pilates," "yoga," "home training," and "swimming," but golf only made up 2.9% of the total.
