Police make emergency arrest of US soldier who stole car in Gangnam

A US soldier in his 20s was arrested by police after stealing a parked car in Gangnam, Seoul. The Seoul Gangnam Police Station announced on the 29th that they had made an emergency arrest of suspect A on suspicion of theft.
Suspect A is accused of stealing a parked car in an alley in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, around 1:30 a.m. on the same day and fleeing the scene.
