Kim Jong Un criticizes President Yoon's speech: ”It's bluffing and belligerent” - North Korea

North Korean leader Kim Jung Eun strongly condemned South Korean President Yoon Seok-yol's speech marking "National Armed Forces Day" on the 1st.

"From beginning to end, he was unable to shake off his anti-Republic (North Korea) obsession and recited a lengthy speech consistent with his intention to respond in a way that was based on a sense of victimization of our Republic," he said, according to the Workers' Party of Korea newspaper.
The Rodong Sinmun newspaper reported the news on the 4th. It went on to say, "This reflects the security anxiety and impatience of the puppets," and "They are criticizing the nature of the nuclear-based ROK-US alliance with their half-hearted words and actions.
"Their bravado and their apparent display of belligerent zeal are an admission that they are the very forces that undermine regional security and peace," he said.
Meanwhile, on the 1st, which marked Armed Forces Day, President Yoon said, "If North Korea were to attempt to use nuclear weapons, it would face a decisive and overwhelming response from our military and the ROK-US alliance.
"That day will truly mark the end of the North Korean regime."
