North Korean leader Kim Jung Eun sent a congratulatory telegram to Chinese President Xi Jinping on the occasion of China's 75th National Day.
According to North Korea's state-run Korean Central News Agency on the 1st, Kim sent a congratulatory telegram to President Xi, saying, "We will continue to strengthen the traditional China-North Korea friendship."
