The police conducted a breathalyzer test and found that Dahye's blood alcohol level was 0.14%, which is equivalent to a license revocation (0.08% or higher).
Her hand was slightly injured. Yongsan Police Station is investigating Da-hye on suspicion of drunk driving. The car she was driving at the time of the accident was owned by former President Moon.

"Drunk driving accidents are no longer just mistakes, but can lead to murder and the destruction of other people's lives," former president Moon said.

The Jeonju District Prosecutors' Office conducted a search of Da-hye's Seoul home and other locations in late August. Da-hye had filed a lawsuit against the prosecution on the 12th of last month, saying, "I stabbed my father with a knife."
