Moon Da-hae (41), the daughter of former President Moon Jae-in, who has been charged with drunk driving, was photographed staggering and shaking off a female police officer's hand during a voluntary arrest.
Security camera footage released on the 7th showed Moon Da-hae walking to a nearby police station with police who had been called in response to a report at around 3 a.m. on the 5th.
