BTS's V and RM are thrilled that author Han Kang won the Nobel Prize for Literature, the first Korean writer to do so... ”I read it in the army”

BTS's RM and V, who are currently serving in the military, celebrated author Han Kang's Nobel Prize in Literature. On the 10th, V posted an article on his channel about author Han Kang's Nobel Prize in Literature.
RM also drew attention by adding a crying emoji and a heart to Han Kang's post announcing his award.
RM has previously recommended Han Kang's novels, such as "The Boy Comes" and "The Vegetarian," to his fans. On the same day, the Swedish Academy announced that Han Kang was a "2024 Nobel Prize Laureate."
This is the second Nobel laureate from South Korea since the late President Kim Dae-jung received the peace prize in 2000, and the first time for literature.
The Korean Academy described Han Jiang's work as "powerfully poetic prose that confronts historical trauma and expresses the fragility of human life."
Meanwhile, RM and V are currently serving in the military. They are scheduled to be discharged in June 2025.
