[Official] ADOR reappoints Min Hee Jin as an internal director... Term extended for three years

Min Hee Jin, who was dismissed as CEO of ADOR, has been re-elected as an internal director of ADOR. On the 17th, ADOR told Herald POP, "Today, ADOR held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
On the same day, ADOR held an extraordinary shareholders' meeting and proposed to re-elect Min Hee Jin, the former CEO of ADOR, as an inside director for a term of three years.
Min Hee Jin's appointment as an internal director was due to end on the 1st of next month, but she will now serve as an internal director of ADOR for three years starting November 2nd.
Prior to this, Min Hee Jin filed a lawsuit against HYBE in court, requesting that she exercise her voting rights in favor of the "re-election of Min Hee Jin as an inside director."
With his term as an inside director soon to expire, he has made clear his intention to return to his position as representative director after his term as an inside director is extended.
However, on the 25th of last month, ADOR's board of directors decided to extend Min Hee Jin's term as an ADOR inside director, but to not accept her request to return to her position as CEO.
Recently, in an interview with a Japanese media outlet, Min Hee Jin said, "Currently, under the contract, I am neither a producer nor a CEO," and was not included as an internal director.
Min Hee Jin said, "The next step is not yet clear, so I want to sort this out quickly," and maintained her desire to return to her position as CEO.
Meanwhile, there were no other matters discussed at ADOR's extraordinary shareholders meeting held on the same day.
