South Korea's ruling party denounces ”North Korea's dispatch of troops to Russia”... ”Opposition parties, join the resolution”

On the 20th, the ruling party of South Korea, the People's Power Party, commented on North Korea's decision to send a large number of troops to the Ukraine war to support Russia, "North Korea's decision to send military troops, which threatens world peace, is a violation of our right to cooperate with Russia.
"We strongly condemn the reckless military cooperation with the United States," Choo Kyung-ho, floor leader of the ruling party People Power Party, said at a press conference held at the National Assembly on the same day.
"North Korea's reckless actions, which threaten international law and world peace, have raised concerns about the possibility of the war in Ukraine spreading globally and becoming protracted," it said.
"This could pose a serious threat to the situation on the Korean Peninsula," he said. "The government will prepare to immediately respond with overwhelming force if Kim Jung Eun makes a reckless and false judgment."
"We want the country to have a perfect security posture," he said, adding, "The ruling party condemns the barbaric acts of Kim Jong Un's dictatorial regime, which threaten the peace of the Korean peninsula and the world every day, including the train bombing, dispatching troops to Russia, and spreading filthy balloons."
Meanwhile, ruling party chief spokesperson Han Ji-ah also commented, "This is a serious challenge to international law and the security order," and "The benefits that North Korea will gain from sending troops are
"There is no benefit to this. This irrational and reckless challenge must be stopped immediately," he said. He added, "The Diet must also unite the nation's strength through cross-party cooperation. I call for the opposition parties' broad-based cooperation."
Ruling party lawmakers on the National Defense Committee and the Foreign Affairs and Unification Committee of the South Korean National Assembly also issued a statement calling for their participation in passing a resolution against the barbaric acts of the North Korean dictatorship.
