Ukrainian President: ”There is ample evidence that North Korea has sent troops to Russia”... ”I expect a strong response from the international community”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on the international community to take a stronger stance against North Korea for supporting Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
According to Reuters, President Zelensky said in a video address on the 20th (local time) that "North Korea will not only be equipped by Russia, but will also be deployed for war."
"There is ample evidence from satellite footage that they are sending troops to the North," he said. "I have heard from leaders and representatives of countries that have not turned a blind eye to (Russia-North Korea) cooperation and have spoken frankly about it," he said.
"We thank them immediately for their kind words and we look forward to a more normal, forthright and forceful response from our partners in this regard."
Zelensky also described Russia's support for North Korea as "a de facto entry of another country into the war against Ukraine."
He warned that "further intervention by North Korea could only be harmful to everyone."
