Ukrainian President: ”West must take action” against North Korea's dispatch of troops to Russia

On the 21st (local time), Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reiterated his call for Western countries to take action regarding the suspected deployment of North Korean troops to Russia.
"In light of reports of North Korea's new role in supporting Russia, we need decisive action from our partners," Zelensky said in a speech this evening.
"Putin (Russian President Vladimir Putin) is afraid of peace, so he is expanding his aggression and trying to get North Korea to join the front line," he said. "He is all about war."
"This is a clear signal that they wish to spare the country."
