NATO: ”South Korean delegation to visit early next week”... ”Until then, it's impossible to confirm 'North Korean troop deployment'”

NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte said, "A South Korean delegation will visit early next week to share information about North Korea's deployment of troops to Russia."
Rutte said at a press conference held in Tallinn, Estonia on the afternoon of the 22nd (local time), "In a telephone conversation with South Korean President Yoon Seok-yeol yesterday (21st),
"We have requested the North Atlantic Council to send experts to explain the situation, and President Yoon responded, 'Of course we will do that,'" he said.
"We will then confirm whether North Korea is in fact supporting Russia's illegal war," he said.
"If it is true that North Korea is sending troops to Russia, this is a very serious escalation of tensions," he said. "We will have an update from the South Korean side early next week."
According to the South Korean presidential office, President Yoon said that he would "promptly dispatch a delegation to share information" at the request of Secretary-General Rutte.
A South Korean presidential office official explained, "A small team of members from our intelligence agency and the Ministry of National Defense will visit the NATO secretariat for discussions."
