Peter Todd, named as Bitcoin creator, is ”in hiding for security reasons”

Peter Todd, a former Bitcoin Core developer who was recently named in an HBO documentary as Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto, is currently in hiding for security reasons.
According to the report, Peter Todd said, "The documentary's director, Cullen Hoback, used false evidence to support her incorrect conclusions."
"I appeared in the documentary because I thought it was about the history of Bitcoin," he said. "I was named as Satoshi Nakamoto and I'm currently facing constant threats.
"Nominating an ordinary person as extremely rich means that he or she is exposed to threats such as robbery and kidnapping," he said.
"This is not only stupid, it's dangerous," he said. "Satoshi Nakamoto didn't want to be exposed for obvious reasons, and we're looking for him.
It shouldn't be," he added.
