Yoon Byung-ho, former member of ”High School Rapper 2,” suspected of drug use in detention center

It has been revealed that rapper Yoon Byung-ho, a former member of "High School Rapper 2," who was on trial for drug use, began using drugs even while in detention.
On the 25th, Judge Jeong Jae-wook of the Suwon District Court Criminal Division, who was indicted on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Law,
Yeong-ho was sentenced to eight months in prison, suspended for two years. He was also ordered to take a 40-hour drug offense recidivism prevention course. The court said, "You have been given drugs in detention while on trial for the same crime.
"The crime is not of a good nature," he said, but added, "However, it is necessary to ensure fairness by imposing a sentence on both the alleged crime and this case, and at the time of the crime, he had no prior history of being punished for a similar crime.
The reason for the sentence was that the court took into consideration the following points:
Yoon Byung-ho, who appeared on "Money," was found guilty of smoking marijuana at home in July 2022 and committing methamphetamine.
He was indicted on suspicion of drug trafficking, as well as purchasing fentanyl from November 2019 to April 2020, and attempted to purchase methamphetamine in June 2022. He was sentenced to seven years in prison in December last year and is currently serving his sentence.
However, Yoon Byung-ho was indicted again on suspicion of administering psychotropic drugs containing diazepam, lorazepam, and zolpidem in some manner at Incheon Detention Center between August 17-26, 2022.
Yoon Byung-ho denied the allegations at the trial, claiming that someone had secretly given him the drugs, a so-called "Bongdang Incident."
However, the court stated, "It would be difficult for someone else to get the defendant to take unprescribed drugs without his consent.
"There is no other way to explain why psychotropic drug components were detected in the urine if the defendant had not taken them."
