TV Series ”Assembled Family” is popular in Asia...Top 5 in 6 countries

The TV series "Prefabricated Family - Where Our Love Lies" is gaining popularity throughout Asia. On the 29th, Asia's largest OTT platform Viu announced that it will be broadcasting its first episode in the 4th week of October (2nd week of October).
According to the weekly chart (1st to 27th), JTBC's "Family by Choice" won first place in Indonesia for three consecutive weeks. It also won first place in Malaysia.
It ranked 2nd in the Philippines, 3rd in Singapore and Thailand, and 5th in Hong Kong, making it into the top 5 in 6 Asian countries.
This romance TV series tells the story of three young people who have lived as strangers but meet again and fall in love. It reinterprets the universal theme of family and love in a modern way, and has gained the sympathy of Asian audiences.
The delicate emotional acting of actors Hwang In Yeop, former DIA members Jung Chae Young and Bae Hyeon Seong, and the TV series' deep storyline are receiving rave reviews from Southeast Asian audiences.
It has also received positive reviews in comparison with the original TV series "Go Ahead" that was broadcast in China in 2020. Hwang In Yeop said in an interview with Viu, "When I watch it, my heart skips a beat.
"I hope people will remember us as good actors," said Jung Chae Young. "I hope people will wait for scenes with the three of us," he said, expressing his expectations for the chemistry between the three actors.
Viu is a Hong Kong PCCW regional OTT platform that streams popular Korean content to 16 countries across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
It is currently ranked second in Southeast Asia OTT integration in terms of streaming time and paid subscribers (according to MPA statistics).
Currently offering shows such as "The Great Passage" and the survival variety show "Stage Fighter."
