China's state-owned enterprises' total profits fall 2.3% in January-September: Chinese report

China's Ministry of Finance recently released economic performance data for all state-owned enterprises and state-owned holding enterprises (hereinafter referred to as SOEs) across the country for the period from January to September this year.
According to public data, in the first nine months of this year, the total operating income of state-owned enterprises increased by 1.2% compared to the same period last year, and the total profit
Specifically, total operating income increased 1.2% to 61.58 trillion 100 million yen (approximately JPY 1,311.65 trillion), while total profits decreased 2.3% to 3.2487 trillion yen (approximately JPY 1,311.65 trillion).
The amount of tax was 4,413,670 million former (approximately 94,800 billion yen), up 0.1% from the previous year.
As of the end of September, the asset-liability ratio of state-owned enterprises was 64.9%, up 0.1 percentage point from the same period last year.
