Fire breaks out at a side dish store in the underground shopping mall of Daechi Eumma Apartment Complex...More than 200 people evacuated (Seoul, South Korea)

A fire broke out in the basement of a three-story shopping mall in the Eunma Apartment Complex in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, injuring one person and forcing over 200 people, including tenants and shopkeepers, to evacuate.
According to fire authorities, a fire broke out at a side dish store on the first basement floor of Ginba Shopping Street at around 2:19 p.m. on the 8th. Fire authorities deployed 24 fire equipment and 95 personnel, and about an hour later,
The fire was completely extinguished at around 3:27 pm. Police and fire authorities believe that the fire was caused by oil spilling during cooking at the side dish store, and are currently investigating the exact cause of the fire and the extent of the damage.
Immediately after the fire broke out, about 200 people in the shopping district were evacuated as smoke spread. One person was treated in hospital for second-degree burns caused by oil that splashed while cooking at a side dish shop.
As a result of the fire, cars were flooded at the intersection of Ginba Mansion and other areas until around 3:30 p.m., causing serious traffic congestion at one point.
